Whether you are doing loader work with a bucket or a pallet fork, with the MSL option, 1 Series, 2 Series, 3D and 3E Tractors will always be level with you. Because of the self-leveling linkage design, the technology simplifies loader work and there is a 20% to 40% increase in lift capacity (depending on loader model) at 19.7 in (500 mm) ahead of the pivot when compared to our non-self-leveling loaders. Operate with ease and efficiency using the optional field-installed mechanical self-leveling (MSL) loader

Whether the operator is new or experienced to loader operations, it requires skill to maintain an even load and reduce the amount of material lost. With the MSL loader offering for 1 Family, 2 Family, 3D, and 3E Tractors, anyone can operate their loader with ease and confidence. With the MSL loader, you will notice:

Loader implement will maintain position wherever the loader is lifted to
Increased lift capacities
Reduction of material lost during operation
Easy visibility of the bucket level indicator on the right-hand side of the loader boom to help determine the position of the front implement

This loader is the first of its kind in North America for Compact Utility Tractors and can make any loader task easier and quicker to accomplish.

Easily remove and mount loader to and from the tractor without tools

The Quik-Park mounting system on the 120R Loader is designed for easy removal and mounting to and from the tractor without tools.

Just like on the former H120, the parking stand is attached to the mast. To lower it into the park position, simply move the joystick to the raise position once the latches are opened.

D120

The D120 does not utilize the Quik-Park system as used on the 120R, but rather has two parking stands that are stored within the torque tube for a manual parking process.

Remove the parking stand from the torque tube area and place within the loader foot plate during the parking process (as shown).

Once the loader weight is being supported by the bucket and parking stands, manually remove the pins from the mast assembly and disconnect hydraulics.

After installing the parking stands, removing the parking pins and disconnecting hydraulics, simply back away.

End-of-pin lubrication on cylinder and pivot pins allows easy access for servicing grease points

The unique offset head design eliminates cross-pins and cotter pins to retain the pin.

A nut ensures the pins remain in position.

A lubrication groove provides a path for lubrication.

A ballast box can be used to carry additional ballast for greater tractor stability.

A 23-cm (9-in.) high extension can be added to ballast box for even greater capacity.

The hitch utilizes a standard Category 1 configuration for connection to the tractor Category 1 hitch.

A bushing kit is required for the ballast box to be used with the iMatch™ Quick-Hitch.

1250 mm (49 in.) Pin-on materials bucket - BW15896

Pin-on materials buckets are intended to stay with the loader at all times; however, they can be removed with simple tools.

The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks.

The top surface of the bucket is parallel to the cutting edge, which aids the operator as a leveling guide.

1250 mm (49 in.) Pin-on materials bucket - BW15896

Materials buckets are available to match tractor-loader applications. The buckets may be used for loading dirt, gravel, feed, and light materials as well as scraping, digging, and other general-purpose tasks. The top surface of the bucket is parallel to the cutting edge, which aids the operator as a leveling guide.

There is a quik-change connection for easy on/off.

The round-back design helps material flow when filling or dumping the bucket.

The 1250-mm (49.2-in.) bucket is standard on the 120R Loader for field-installed orders.

For loaders installed out of Augusta, GA on tractors, the base bucket will be the 1350-mm (53-in.) bucket.

It is also compatible with the 220R Loader, as the carrier assembly is the same (but may not cover the width of the model year 2017 2R Series Tractor).

When the 220R Loader is ordered factory installed on model year 2017 2R Tractors, the 1450-mm (57-in.) materials bucket is base equipment.

When the 220R Loader ordered field installed (palletized), the loader ships from Augusta, GA.

For non-model year 2017 2R Tractors, the bucket and other specific configuration items will need to be ordered through Parts (such as mounting frames, and hood guard).
